Special rates are only available to Roundup attendees beginning 2 days prior to and 2 days after event (June 6-13, 2023).  Register for convention prior to making hotel reservations.

Room cancellations must be made with the hotel 3 days prior to arrival date without penalty; else 1 night plus tax will be charged.
